& Privacy Policy

Legal statement: Any information given by me during your session, is true as I perceive it, at the date and time of your appointment. Every effort will be made by me to maintain the high standards of accuracy within my work and all information is confidential. No recording is made or retained by me, and should you wish to record your session, you are welcome to do so for your own personal records. By booking and paying in advance for your session you accept that psychic abilities utilised and demonstrated in clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, mediumship and healing are always experimental and specific results can not be guaranteed.

If you cancel before the appointed time you will be offered another date at no extra cost.

It is sometimes unavoidable due to sickness, work commitments or other unavoidable incidents that you cannot keep your appointment. If you fail to keep a booked appointment, and do not contact me either by telephone or email within 1 hour of your booked session to inform me that you are not able to keep the appointment then a refund will not be offered.

If I have to cancel your session for any reason a new booking will be offered at no extra cost. If no suitable date is mutually agreeable, then a full refund will be given.

It is very rare that I am not able to connect for a client, although clients sometimes ask me, what if you can't get anything? If I feel, for any reason, that a reading is not 'working' I may cut short your session and offer you another appointment at no extra cost.
